AM Chemicals has designed* a novel family of sugar-modified nucleoside phosphoramidites incorporating a variety of innovative features.  The unique design of the sugar-modified nucleoside phosphoramidites ensures an efficient synthesis (as measured by the purity and yield) of oligonucleotides.

  • Modified saccharide attached to the phosphoramidites via a triethylene glycol linker

  • Incorporation of the phosphoramidites at terminal or any desired position of the oligonucleotide

  • Requires the standard coupling protocols

  • The phosphotriester moieties introduced may require special care and conditions at the deprotection step
